Description

PrimEvo is a novel oil made from olives harvested green, pressed on the day and bottled immediately after pressing. It is neither filtered nor decanted and is obtained from Carolea, Leccino and Frantoio varieties from our land. It is cold pressed and preserves all the fragrances, antioxidants and organoleptic properties of an excellent freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil. Ideal to be used both when cooking and raw, on caprese, legume soups, salads and truffle dishes.

Marketed exclusively in the period from the beginning of the harvest until the end of February.
