We want to bring our extra virgin olive oils on the tables of the most acclaimed restaurants and to the shelves of the best shops in Italy and around the world. We wish to spread the values of both quality and excellence of the true extra virgin oil harvested directly from the trees of our Masseria in Puglia.

The oil mill located in the same place as the harvest, allows us to shorten processing times, to best preserve the quality and freshness of the fruit, keeping all its organoleptic properties unchanged.
